Exploring Legal Structures

There are many different ways to organize our efforts in the social sector–everything from Fiscal Sponsorships to 501c3’s to TUUNA’s and beyond, even sometimes dissolutions. Join this group of seasoned professionals who will walk the audience through a variety of structures and highlight the pros and cons of each and how groups can determine what legal structure works best to achieve desired goals and outcomes at different times in the lifecycle of your work. This session will be useful for people who are starting their journey in the sector as well as those who are already established and might seek new and evolved ways to approach their mission. Each participant will gain knowledge and information that can fuel plans to make positive change in the community.
